GENERAL

1. This Super Selector Fantasy Game is being organized by ESPN Software India Pvt Ltd (ESPN) (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"). The Game is divided into two parts – India-South Africa Test series (Stage 1) and the Indian Premier League Twenty 20 matches (Stage 2 and 3).

2. The decision of ESPN shall be final in all matters relating to the Game and no correspondences will be entertained. ESPN reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. A participant shall be deemed to have notice of any such amendments or interpretations upon publication of the same on ESPN's website www.espnstar.com and shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments or interpretations by virtue of his/her continued participation in the Game. Should a participant not wish to continue to participate in the Game pursuant to the prevailing terms and conditions as amended or interpreted, he/she may terminate participation in the Game upon written notice to ESPN.

3. This Game cannot be clubbed with any other offer Game or Contest.

GAME DETAILS

4. The Game is valid from March 26, 2008 to June 1, 2008 [hereinafter referred to as "The Game Period"].

5. For participating, participants need to log on to www.espnstar.com and register with Super Selector. Post registering participants will play the Game throughout the Game Period. How to Play and the manner of selection of the winner is available under how to play link in Super Selector section at www.espnstar.com.

6. Tie-breaks will be resolved on the basis of the first player to submit their team for each game day. In all matters, the decision of ESPN shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

7. ESPN may require winners to provide proof of identity, age, residency or any other identification considered suitable for verification, at ESPN's discretion. In case the winners don't claim their prizes within 2 months of expiry of the Game Period will cease to get their prizes.

QUALIFYING ENTRIES

8. The Game is open to all except directors and employees of ESPN and their family members and relatives and the service providers/ affiliate/associate/subsidiary Companies of ESPN.

9. ESPN may, at its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in the Game by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Game or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

10. Winners will be announced within a period of two weeks of the end of the Game Period. Prizes that can be won can be known by visiting prizes link in Super Selector section at www.espnstar.com.

11. Prizes are non-transferable, non–substituable and non-encashable. In the event, for any reason, a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by ESPN, then that prize will be forfeited and no cash will be provided in lieu thereof. ESPN reserves the right to give such prize to the next best valid entry.

12. If a winning entry or the winner does not comply with the above conditions of entry, his/her entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined. ESPN's decision in this regard will be final.

LIABILITIES

13. The prizes are given subject to applicable taxes and any tax or levy shall be solely to the account of the winner. ESPN accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

14. ESPN does not accept responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorised data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. ESPN has no control over communications networks or lines and does not accept any responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. ESPN is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

15. ESPN reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend this Game, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. Decision of ESPN will be final and binding regarding the Game and prizes.

16. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or forums in New Delhi.

17.ESPN or its affiliate companies or any of its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Game or accepting or using any prize. Without limiting the previous paragraph, ESPN and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any damage in transit to the prizes.

18. If for any reason any aspect of this Game is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of ESPN which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, ESPN may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries

OBLIGATIONS

19. The winners must, at the request of ESPN, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to ESPN using their name and image in promotional material.

20. ESPN shall deem the information voluntarily supplied during the course of the Game and /or personal information provided by the winners as non-confidential, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality. ESPN shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to third parties without limitation.

21. Participating in the Game constitutes participant's acceptance to these Terms and Conditions of the Game. All promotional materials, including details on how to enter and claim prizes are part of these Terms and Conditions.

22. By participating in the Game, participant's agree to receive promotion material about the Game or any other Game detail by SMS or email.
