The following Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the entrants and the Promoter:-

1. These Terms and Conditions apply if you enter NFC Manager ("the Competition") located at http://www.espnstar.com/nfcmanager ("the Website") which is operated by ESPN STAR Sports and Fantasy League Limited (“the Operator”) (collectively "the Promoters"). You shall at all times be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other rules of the Competition as specified from time to time. The Promoters reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.

2. The Competition is only open to residents of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Maldives, Nepal, and Bhutan ("The Territory"). Each entrant must be at least 16 years of age as of 15 September 2007, and must provide a valid telephone contact number, home postal address, e-mail address and any identification numbers. In the event any entrant is below 21 years of age as of 15 September 2007, such entrant must obtain consent from his/her parent or legal guardian prior to entering the Competition. The Promoters reserves the right to verify that such consent has been obtained at all times.

3. Applications to participate in the Competition must be made online via an official application form available from the ESPN STAR Sports' NFC Manager Game website. The Promoters shall not be responsible or liable to any person who attempts to access or participant in the Competition from any other place other than the Territory.

4. Employees of Nokia Ltd, ESPN, ESPN STAR Sports, STAR TV, the Walt Disney Company, Fantasy League Ltd or any advertising agency or web company connected with ESPN STAR Sports or any such person's subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Competition. ESPN STAR Sports reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

6. The Promoters may in their absolute discretion refuse to accept an entry for any person or persons without giving a reason at any time.

8. Entry into the Competition constitutes permission for the Promoters and/or their associated, affiliated and subsidiary companies to use the names, team selections and photographs of participants at its discretion. All winners may be required to participate in any such publicity as the Promoters reasonably require.

Emails

9. By entering this Competition you acknowledge that you will receive newsletters on the Competition by email from Fantasy League Ltd and may be contacted by ESPN STAR Sports and Nokia Ltd after the Competition has finished.

10. No entrant is allowed to enter more than one team. Any entrant being found to have entered more than one team will have all their teams removed from the Competition.

CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY

11. On entering a team into the Competition, entrants will be emailed a validation link to confirm that the registered email address is correct and in use. This must be clicked in order to for the team to be enabled.

12. Incorrect, incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. The computer record of the entry will be considered to be the entry. The decision of the Operator is final.

13. The Website may not be available at all times. The Promoters cannot be held liable if the website is unavailable at any time. The Promoters and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies shall not be liable for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network conditions which may limit or prohibit the opportunity to participate in the Competition.

ENTRY DEADLINES

14. In order to score points for the full duration of the Competition, entry must have been recorded no later than 12:00 noon BST (British Standard Time), 15 September 2007. Any team entered after the above deadline will score points from the next scheduled match after the entry is received. Player points scored before the team was entered will not be added in retrospect.

TEAM NAMES

15. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse team names that are deemed in its sole opinion to be inappropriate or offensive. Unsuitable names will be deleted and the team will appear under the entrant’s name.

PLAYER LIST

16. The players included on the player list and their positional classifications have been determined by Fantasy League Ltd. The Promoters will not enter into any correspondence relating to details of the player list, nor will they accept the inclusion into a team of any player not on the published list. Players may be added to and removed from the player list at anytime during the Competition at the discretion of Fantasy League Ltd.

SCORING POINTS

17. Players in your team score points based on their performance in Barclays Premier League matches only. Please refer to the Scoring Points page for a detailed breakdown of how the scoring mechanism works.

TEAM CHANGES

18. Unlimited team changes are permitted prior to 12:00 noon BST, 15 September 2007. After this time, changes can only be made as outlined on the Team Changes page. All team changes are effective immediately. Any changes made after the scheduled start of a match will only take effect from the start of the following match.

19. The rules and point structure are the copyright of Fantasy League Ltd. No information may be reproduced in any format without prior written consent from Fantasy League Ltd. Fantasy League is a registered trademark and cannot be used without the express permission of Fantasy League Ltd.

20. Informative and explanatory copy relating to Fantasy League, including the scoring system and rules, form part of the terms and conditions of this Competition.

21. The Promoters reserve the right themselves to refuse to accept any entry which, in their sole opinion, does not comply with the terms and conditions of the competition or which contravenes the spirit of the competition. The Promoters further have an absolute discretion to disqualify any entry, or vary, amend or waive the rules of the competition at any time and participants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoters as a result thereof and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any participant. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.

22. Any site users or entrants found to be attempting or suspected of attempting to hack into any servers or systems run by Fantasy League Ltd will be immediately removed from the system and have any entry, subscriptions or payments cancelled. Such users will have no right to any refunds and Fantasy League Ltd reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

23. The Promoters take no responsibility whatsoever for anything that may be published on a Private League bulletin board.

24. The Promoters will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the Competition information on the Website and to update such information on a regular basis, but do not guarantee that such information will be accurate or up-to-date at all times.

25. The Promoters reserve the right to investigate any complaints that they receive but shall be under no obligation to do so. Should the Promoters choose to exercise this right, their decision shall be final and binding on all complainants and they shall not enter into any correspondence regarding its decision or any other matter.

TIES

26. In the event of two teams finishing level on points scored for any prize competition, the winner will be the entrant who has scored the most goals during the relevant period, followed by the most assists. If there is still no separating the tied teams, teams will be placed in order of the time that they were entered, with the team that entered earliest being deemed the winner.

GENERAL

27. The judges' decision in relation to the award of prizes and all other matters associated with the Competition shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

DETERMINNG PRIZE WINNERS

28. The winner of the Grand Prize will be the entrant whose team scores the most points between 15th September 2007 and the end of the Barclays Premier League 2007/2008 season. Monthly prizes will be awarded the top scoring entrants in each calendar month.

PRIZES

29. Prize winners will be notified by email within three days of the monthly closure of the Competition.. Each entrant will only be entitled to one prize per round of Competition. Competition winner(s)' names will be published on the ESPN STAR Sports website.

30. Prizes must be claimed by entrants within seven days of notification by ESPN STAR Sports. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification within the time stated therein shall result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at the sole discretion of ESPN STAR Sports. Enquiries regarding prizes must be made via e-mail to fantasyfootball@espnstar.com or other email addresses specified by the Promoters.

31. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no alternative prizes, including cash prizes, unless determined by the Promoters. ESPN STAR Sports reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. In the event of this substitution taking place, the Winner(s) will hold ESPN STAR Sports and Nokia Ltd harmless from any possible claim arising out of such substitution.

32 ESPN STAR Sports reserves the right to request written proof or residency and of age of any winner before the prize is dispatched.

33. Actual prizes by ESPN STAR Sports, and any of its sponsors, may differ from the models shown anywhere in or during the contest. Participants shall not make any claims or demands in this regard.

HOLIDAY PRIZES

34. Each holiday prize winner and accompanying traveler should check with any relevant authorities regarding passport and visa requirements; it is the sole responsibility of winners and their companions to produce all requisite travel documentation. Travel and other insurance is not included and winners are strongly advised to take out insurance cover for all appropriate risks. Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements are at the sole expense of winners and/or their companions.

35. On notification, each holiday prize winner and accompanying traveller will receive a Liability Release Form (prepared by ESPN STAR Sports releasing, wherever permitted by law, Sponsor(s), ESPN STAR Sports, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from responsibility or liability for claims in respect of such holiday) for the winner and companion(s) (if applicable) all of which must be properly completed and returned in accordance with the instructions in the notification letter to arrive by no later than 14 days after the date ESPN STAR Sports posts the notification. Failure to comply in any respect with this requirement will result in the holiday being withheld and the winner's entry becoming void, whereupon ESPN STAR Sports shall be entitled to select an alternate winner at its sole discretion.

36. In the event that the Grand Prize winner is below 21 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. In addition, such parent or legal guardian will be required to complete and return a Liability Release Form as indicated above.

37. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses, upgrades etc. as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

38. The winner and all accompanying travellers must travel together at all times. For avoidance of doubt, they shall all travel on the same arrival and departure flights.

39. Neither the Promoter not any of its directors, employees, agents or suppliers shall accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any event of force majeure, any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition.

40. By entering, participants agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Sponsor(s), the Promoters, their parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance or user of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

41. Entry to the Competition constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the names and addresses, team selections, photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of entrants in any publicity at its discretion. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and ESPN STAR Sports and Nokia Ltd reserve the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.

42. Unless otherwise indicated, ESPN STAR Sports shall deem all information supplied by entrant as non-confidential, and shall not bear any obligations of confidentiality. ESPN STAR Sports is free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to Nokia Ltd. and other third parties without limitation.

43. This Competition and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Singapore.

44. Each entrant is fully responsible for ensuring that his/her participation in the Competition is lawful in accordance with the laws of the country of which he or she is a citizen and/or resides, and/or happens to be at the time that the application is made. Neither the Promoters nor their servants or agents shall be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any entrant's participation.

45. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions proves to be illegal or unenforceable, this shall not prevent the remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.
